We first conduct a situation analysis of your storage media on-site. We review the type and number of storage media, access requirements, expiry dates and the costs involved for transferring the media to our storage facilities.
Together with our customers we create a bespoke implementation schedule for collection and transfer.
Our experienced team plans and conducts this process according to your requirements. Our optional services include sorting, labeling, indexing, cataloging, barcoding, packing and transporting all media. The indexing can be done by our customers or by our trained staff. Files which have reached their expiry date can be disposed of and confidentially destroyed.
